Well done to the 'junior' team of Nathan McCabe, Dale Smith, Conor Fay Cooper and Daniel O'Reilly who also did well. The U-16 Girls Basketball team had a very close fought final with Erne Valley and the members of the team and panel are: Paula Clarke, Rachael Smollen, Orla Maguire, Eimear Kelly, Sloane Reeves, Katie Byrne, Lydia McCabe, Sarah Nulty, Natasha Antonakis and Joy Denning. They will represent Cavan at the Ulster Finals on 26^th June.

Good luck to everyone representing the Lurgan Area in the Art and Model Making competitions this Saturday, 13^th March from 2 - 5pm in Bailieborough Community School. Well done also to a number of other teams who were in action in the last week - the U-13 Girls Basketball team won their quarter final in fine style and have their semi-final on 20^th March, the U-13 Boys Indoor Soccer team who won their first game and will have a quarter final this week, the U-15 Boys Indoor Soccer(B) team who won their preliminary game against Bailieborough (A) on penalties and then had another fine win against Bailieborough(B) the same evening to reach the semi final stages. Commiserations, but well done to both the U-13 Girls Indoor Soccer(B) team and the U-15 Boys Indoor Soccer(A) who lost out in their quarter finals at the weekend to Annagh/Drumlane and Erne Valley respectively. The U-13 Girls panel was: Ciara Gaffney, Ciara Mannion, Ciara Dent, Niamh O'Donoghue, Nicole McCormac, Andrea O'Connell, Caitlin Brady, and Nicola O'Connell. The U-15 Boys panel was: Seán Brady, Daniel O'Rourke, Cathal Maguire, Mark Magee, Patrick Gargan, Seán O'Reilly, Ryan Mannion and Micháel Smart.

Training continues for girls Indoor Soccer and Olympic Handball/
