Virginia Golf Club - Feb 28th, 2010
Once again the weather put paid to the 2nd round of the Spring League being played, play was possible after lunch however with a sweep going ahead. A bunch of eager men turned up and some good scores were brought in, The winner was Declan Smith with 41 pts and 2nd went to Tom Lynch with 40pts, obviously the break from the game did him some good!!
The Spring League will recommence next week, Sunday March 7th, timesheet up and available in the clubhouse.
For those who have still to pay their subs for 2010, a reminder that all subs paid up before the end of March are eligible to be entered into a draw for a full refund, a seperate draw for Men and Ladies, if you're not in you can't win your money back!!!
