Sunday 7th - Chestnut Tree Spring League 2010
After almost 2 months of bad weather, the clubs finally were taken out of the garden shed and dusted down, men chomping at the bit to get out on the course and put their "new" swings and christmas pressies to the test. Despite the uncertainty over the weather, there was a full turn out, well done captains!!
Unfortunately due to technical difficulties the results weren't at hand in time for the press but will be posted in the clubhouse early in the week. A reminder of the prizes; as well as the team prize, there will be individual winner each week, overall player of the league and player of each team.
Week 2 will take place next week, the draw has been made and is up on the noticboard. There are places available for anyone interested in playing on a team, contact gary @ 086 8637967.
