LURGAN AREA COMMUNITY GAMES - 25th January 2010
ART & MODEL MAKING RESULTS
Congratulations to everyone who took part in the Lurgan Area finals of the Art and Model Making competitions held at the weekend. The results were as follows and those coming first and second will represent Lurgan Area at the County finals.
U-8 Girls: 1 Ciara Corcoran, 2 Katie O'Connell. U-10 Girls: 1 Áine Corcoran, 2 Emma Tiernan, 3 Ciara Watters. U-10 Boys: 1 Martin O'Connell. U-12 Girls: 1 Kerrie O'Reilly, 2 Emer Briody, 3 Aideen Watters. U-12 Boys: 1 Peter Nulty, 2 Harry O'Connell. U-14 Boys: Tadhg Briody. Model Making:U-10 Girls: Ciara Watters. U-12 Girls: Eimear Corcoran 2 Aideen Watters. U-14 Boys: Daniel O'Reilly
The committee would like to thank Virginia NS for the use of the hall and everyone who helped out on the day.
Training Times
Teams have been entered in a number of events and training takes place this week at the following times :
Girls Indoor Soccer: U-13: 6-7pm, U-15: 7-8pm Monday in Billis Hall
U-11 Mixed and U-13 Boys/Girls Basketball: Thursday 5.45-6.45 - Billis Hall. Please bring €2 for hall hire.
For training times for Boys Indoor Soccer(U-13 and U-15) , Quiz (U-14 Mixed) and Badminton(U-15 mixed) please contact the secretary, Brian O'Reilly at 087 2445597 for further details.
